De vlag bevat het logo van Sleeping for Tomorrow – een sociaal kunstproject dat in 2021 werd gecreëerd door de Israëlisch-Duitse beeldend kunstenaar Amit Goffer. Het is een voorstelling van en een verbinding tussen het fysieke en het virtuele/web, met enorme informatielagen die met elkaar verweven zijn en in potentie iedereen in de wereld kunnen verbinden. Goffer (Tel-Aviv, Israël, 1979, woont en werkt in Düsseldorf, Neuss, Duitsland) verkent de menselijke relatie tot ruimte, architectuur en schaal om de sociale en politieke uitdagingen binnen gemeenschappen in vraag te stellen en roept vragen op over onze waarden en de geldigheid van vertrouwde normen waar we ooit naar leefden en in geloofden. It is a representation and connection between the physical and the virtual/web, with vast layers of information, meshed together, potentially connecting everyone in the world. Goffer (b. 1979 Tel-Aviv, Israel, living and working in Dusseldorf, Neuss, Germany) explores the human relationship to space, architecture, and scale in order to question the social and political challenges within communities and raises questions about our values and the validity of familiar norms which we once live by and believed in.
